We realise that not everyone is familiar with the process of building a new home, so we have simplified the building process as much as we can, making it a smooth transparent journey that you can enjoy.

We will guide you through the entire building process from design to completion, offering affordable building solutions to suit your budget, individually tailoring the project to suit your lifestyle and growing needs. We will help transform your ideas and visions to reality. Our collaborative approach to building means we will work with you, assist and provide valuable advice to all stages of work from designing, planning and construction.

Step 1

ENQUIRE

Discuss your new project with our experienced project consultant and make an appointment to further discuss and fine tune your building requirements.

Step 2

CONSULTATION

We’ll meet with you to discuss your project/building needs.

Step 3

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT

Sign a preliminary agreement to engage us as your preferred builder of choice. We will prepare all the preliminary project documentation (Town Planning Permit & relevant building approvals) and estimated cost to build quotation.

Step 4

CONTRACT SIGNING

At this stage we will prepare the final Building Specifications and Building Contract for signing. Once the contract is signed we will obtain the Building Permit approval in preparation for construction to commencement on site.

Step 5

COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION

Your new home or project is ready to commence construction. We will plan, organize and build your home or project within the scope of the signed Building Contracts specified plans, stages and schedules, while keeping you updated along the way.

Step 6

COMPLETION STAGE

Completion stage we will ensure your new home or project has been built to plan and specification to a high standard ready for handover.
